CONCESSION HIGHWAYS: THE BEST IN 2016On stretches of highways under concession in the private sector, 78.7% were classi ed as having a general condition of excellent or good. According to the 20th edition of the CNT Highways Survey, an annual survey carried out by the National Transportation Confederation (CNT) with the Social Transport Service / National Transportation Learning Service (Sest-Senat).When evaluating the general condition of roads under public management, the research shows the reverse situation: 67.1% have some type of de ciency and are regularly classi ed as, poor or extremely poor. The lowest percentage, 32.9%, was considered good or excellent.
