ACTIVE CONCESSIONAIRESINVESTMENTS OF CONCESSIONAIRES GUARANTEE MORE SECURE HIGHWAYSWithin the concessions model, the companies that administer the highways, at federal, state or municipal levels, have the commitment to invest in the infrastructure of the roads to return to the citizen, highways with services of quality, safety, rst-line equipment and ef cient client care.The 59 member companies of ABCR are aware of their role in the promotion of the country’s sustainable development. There are investments of more than R$50 billion in works and more than R$45 billion in maintenance, since the start of the program of concessions in 1995. As well there have been generated about 23 thousand direct jobs and 32.5 thousand indirect jobs.
